Elizabeth A. Kiracofe, MD
Elizabeth A. Kiracofe, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and founder of Airia Comprehensive Dermatology, located in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. Known globally for her work in eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, and hidradenitis suppurativa, Dr. Kiracofe combines clinical expertise with a passion for advocacy and health equity.
She serves as an Associate of the International Eczema Council and regularly speaks across the U.S. and internationally on access to dermatologic care. In addition to her practice, she leads a non-profit 501(c)(3) foundation that prides itself in providing accessible dermatologic care and education to underserved communities. Dr. Kiracofe also mentors medical students as volunteer faculty at Rush University Medical College.
Her earlier work as a registered lobbyist earned her the 2014 Physician Advocate of the Year award, making her the youngest physician and first dermatologist to receive the honor. She continues to serve on numerous national committees, shaping the future of dermatology through ethical leadership and strategic collaboration.
